A girl sighed as she entered the Jive Studios, slamming the door behind her.  One of the members of security looked up from their position at the front desk when they heard the loud noise.  He smiled when he saw the familiar face and had to laugh.

"In a hurry there Nikki?" He grinned.  The girl looked at him as she walked by and stuck out her tongue.

"I'll tell Jonny you'll be right up."  He said as he watched her open the glass door to exit the lobby and enter the main hallway.  She ran to the nearest elevator and rapidly pressed the button that had an up arrow on it.  Holding a Starbucks coffee in one hand, she pulled at her thin blue skirt and tried to get rid of one of the creases with the other hand.  She tugged at the fabric then straightened her high heels, wiping off any specs of dirt she could see.  Her light blue tank top had a dark blue sweater over it, unzipped.  The thin material of the sweater was perfect for sunny Florida weather and for inside air-conditioned offices.  She sighed in relief as the elevator doors opened and she quickly ran inside and pressed the button with the number 6.  Her long blonde hair fell just below her shoulders and was curled at the ends.  She had a very dark tan from being out in the sun so much, and her blue eyes shinned.  The elevator doors opened at the second floor and she groaned.

"I'm already ten minutes late" Nikki said quietly to herself.  The doors opened and when she saw who was standing there she burst into laughter.  JC had his hands in his pockets and looked up when he heard her.

"Shut up." He hissed when he walked in next to her and pressed the door close button.

"Guess I'm not too late." She giggled, sipping her coffee.

"No, you're late.  I am on time." JC said as the doors closed.

"Nuh uh.  You sir are thirty minutes behind schedule."

"No I- It's eight ten." He said as he pointed to his watch.

"Sorry hun, but its eight FOURTY."  He looked at his watch then saw that his watch had stopped.

"Crap!!! Oh God, Jonny is going to be so pissed" JC panicked.  The elevator doors opened again and they both hurried out and down the hall.

"Office is the eighth door on the right."  He said.  Nikki rolled her eyes.

"Yea, no sh*t sherlock.  I work here too, ya know." She sighed.

"Hey, look out-" JC warned but was cut short when Nikki walked into an open door and fell backwards.  JC hurried over and caught her before she could fall. Justin walked out from behind the now open door then closed it behind him.  He looked down at JC holding Nikki up then bit his bottom lip.

"My bad. Sorry Nik." He said as he held out his hand.  She grabbed it and pulled herself up.  She stared at the state of his hair and grinned.

"What?" Justin asked, worried.

"Sleep in a wind tunnel J?" She giggled.  Justin's hair stood out in every direction possible, and he brought his hands up to his head.

"Oh crap."  He sighed.

"No time to fix it, you're late."  Nikki said as she once again fixed her skirt and walked quickly between the two.

"Whats your excuse Bozo?" JC snickered.

"Excuse me.... BOZO?" Justin asked loudly, attempting to fix his hair.

"Yes.  You remind me so much of him, and not just the hair at the moment."

"You will die."  Justin warned.

"I'm sure."  JC grinned.

"Ugh, Justin your hair is worse now." Nikki laughed.

"And here we are!!" JC said as he pulled a large wooden door open.  Nikki hurried inside, followed by Justin and JC.  The office was enormous, wooden floors, and a long marble table with around fifteen chairs, used only when everyone was present.  Jonny Wright sat at one end, watching the three of them closely as they took a seat.  Nikki sat next to Jonny and Lance, and across from JC.  Justin pulled up a seat next to Joey, and across from Chris.

"Justin, what happened to your head?" Chris snickered, throwing bits of paper at Justins head.

"Knock it off!!" Justin said, noticing a glass of water that was on the desk in front of him.  He picked out pieces of ice and chucked them at Chris.

"Hey, no fair!!!" Chris yelled, ducking the flying pieces of ice.

"Well now that were all here, we can begin.  But out of curiosity, why were you all late?" Jonny asked.

"The Starbucks people charged me for two coffees and.... I only wanted one, and then the manager had to come out, it was bad....  I won though.  Coffee was free. "She said, taking a sip.

"Right..." Jonny said, turning to JC.

"I am not lying here, my watch stopped."

"Yea right!!! You should've said, 'my dog ate it'." Joey laughed, watching as a piece of ice slid in front of him.

"I'M SERIOUS!!!" JC yelled at him.

"And I'm Joey."  Lance shook his head, turning to Nikki.

"You came here by choice you say?" He laughed.

"You mean this meeting, or my job in general?" She asked, watching the ice fight.

"Well, both at the moment."

"Yea I shouldve thought that one over, right?" She giggled.

"What about you Justin?" Jonny asked, leaning over the table.  Justin froze in mid throw and looked over at Jonny.

"Umm. ...I was sleeping, and. umm.... That's about it." He smiled, knowing Jonny cant get mad at any of them.

"All of my work and that I the answer you give?" Jonny laughed.

"Well worth it, huh Jonny?" Justin laughed, getting hit in the face with a straw.

"Thats enough guys.  We gotta talk about the tour."

"Oh, thats my job.  Okay, lets go through it guys." Nikki said, looking through a folder and pulling out a few papers.

"So what do we need to do today?" JC asked.

"Basically set up the songs for the Celebrity Tour 2002, I'll write down your ideas for the stage, talk with the boy, then figure out what order and what else we might need."  Nikki said, searching for blank paper and a pen.

"I thought Wade was the tour director."  Joey said, spinning in his chair.

"No, I am.  He just pretends he is." She laughed.  Jonny sighed at her and she coughed.

"What I meant by that was he is a very important part of my job and we all love him for it." Nikki smiled toward Jonny who rolled his eyes.

"Good enough answer... anyways. We need a song list.  Any ideas?" Nikki said, tapping her pen on the table.

Two hours later (I am going to see this concert, but until then, I'm not even going to pretend I know the song list.)

"Well that wasn't so bad, now was it?" Nikki asked, watching as the five boys got up from their seats.

"I guess not.  Bye Jonny.  Bye Nik." Lance said as he walked out of the room, closing the door behind him.  Nikki turned to Jonny.

"Does he seem...sad to you at all?" She asked, watching the others fighting and begin another ice fight.

"I picked that up too.  I'll talk to him later."  Jonny said, shaking his head at the other four.

"Makes you wonder how glad their parents are to get rid of them at such young ages."

"I have to agree with you on that one." Nikkie giggled.
